Great frother, works like a charm. Does not matter if the milk is warm or cold, skim milk or full milk it gives a really nice consistent froth which stays until drunk.

This would most certainly get 5 stars if only it worked for more than a few months. It is still working (kind of) but no longer heats the milk, which makes for a very disappointing luke warm cup of coffee. I'm debating buying another since it was so expensive but may since I really like frothed milk on my morning coffee.

Works fine when it is working. The only problem is that the failure rate is high. The first one lasted three months. It was replaced under warranty, then the next one lasted another three months. So, this is a real problem. I would avoid at all costs.

I came to Amazon to search for a milk STEAMER. I have a big, fancy expresso machine, but it is cumbersome to use and keep clean.
Last year I purchased a Keurig pod coffe maker, with which I've been extremely happy. Since pods come in all types, I decided that I wanted to get some Expresso pods. Hence, I was looking for a milk steamer with a much smaller footprint than my expresso machine.
In searching I came across the Keurig milk frother. I had known about this item from the literature included with my coffeemaker, but didn't really understand what it did and how it worked. (Keurig needs to do a better marketing job by explaining the technology behind the product, especially on their web site.)
So since I was happy with the coffee maker, I decided to take a chance on the frother. And I have been AMAZED at how well this little guy works. In less than two minutes it will heat and froth 6 oz. of milk without diluting the milk with water (steam). Whether used with expresso or regular coffee, the end result is fabulous.
Starbucks is now losing money from me! And at a savings of at least $2 per latte, this product pays for itself in a very short time period.
