Frothing could not be easier with the Capresso FrothXpress. Easy 9 step process will give you steamed milk in minutes! Turn frothXpress on and let it heat up for two minutes Fill water container Fill milk container and attach to the frothXpress Place cup underneath spout Push and hold the Safety Steam Button. Immediately, frothXpress releases hot frothed milk. Release the Safety Steam Button. FrothXpress continues to froth for approximately 2-8 seconds to de-pressurize the machine. Remove your cup and repeat steps 4 through 6 with as many cups as you want. Store the milk container in refrigerator and clean frother parts under running water Add coffee to your cup(s) and enjoy!

 Beware if You're Dairy Free: Doesn't Work with Soy Milk March 17, 2010

If you're dairy free, be aware that this unit does not work with soy milk. It creates only a little froth that dissipates quickly. I called the company, which acknowledged this fact. Too bad it isn't made clear in the purchasing materials. We would have never purchased it.

I have had nothing but trouble with all the expreso machine frothers....I bought this and just as quick as now you get real froth...unreal....and easy to keep clean....the milk container may apear cheap, but is easy to store in fridge....I am still trying out the ajustment to get max. froth...I make froth no less then 20 imes a day, so I hope this continues to marvel me, this machine just saved me from buying another high dollar machine...I only use my high dollar machine for the shots and this for froth...its the best so far..sometimes I get more milk then froth, may be just small ajustment needed 9 out 10 are perfect.

We bought this for Christmas 2009 after finding out how much we were spending at Starbucks for Chai tea. After 6+ weeks, I have nothing but good things to say. Nothing will beat the real thing, but after messing with my mix a bit (like adding the vanilla flavored soy milk), its pretty dang good and I haven't been to SBUK in a long time. Even though I now drink 2x as much as I used to, it still only costs me half as much.

I think that there is a design flaw in the nozzle. I understand that the nozzle must be secure for safety reasons, but 3 times out of 5, when I hit the button to get the steamed milk, it won't work because the nozzle is not pushed up tightly enough. It should have a click or something that secures it in place.

I have used this frother every day for the last 7 months. It performs great day after day. This is another great product from Capresso. I also have a Capresso coffee maker/cappuccino that I have used every day for over 2 years. The FrothXpress saves me time because allows me to froth the milk while my coffee/espresso is brewing. My capresso products allow me to make specialty coffee drinks every day at a fraction of the cost at a coffee house like Starbucks. I would absolutely recommend this product!!!
